Cleveland Construction is hiring a Traveling Project Superintendent to lead high-profile commercial projects across the U.S. This hands-on role is ideal for a leader who enjoys travel, takes ownership of the job site, and delivers safe, high-quality results. Enjoy a 3-day home break every other week.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily onsite construction operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
• OSHA 30 certified, preferred
• Travel, required
