Position Summary:

The Labor Foreman is responsible for leading and overseeing the labor crew to ensure jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety. This role supports Field Superintendents by managing daily labor activities, performing small carpentry tasks, and maintaining equipment and site standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the labor crew on daily tasks and assignments
• Maintain overall jobsite cleanliness, including buildings, trailers, and surrounding areas
• Perform small carpentry projects as directed by Field Superintendents
• Operate small equipment such as Kubota, tractors, and forklifts
• Maintain and install jobsite signage as needed
• Manage trash areas and dumpsters, ensuring timely service
• Notify Superintendents when dumpsters or other site services require attention
• Enforce PPE compliance and safety standards among all subcontractors
• Promote punctuality, dependability, and accountability within the labor crew

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or site labor supervision preferred
• Ability to operate small equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
