Job Summary:

The Laboring Technician supports daily construction site operations by performing general labor tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting skilled trades as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general site and building clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work area
• Assist with small carpentry and construction-related tasks under supervision
• Police trash, dumpsters, and construction waste to ensure proper disposal and recycling practices
• Support Foremen and Superintendents with various site activities and material handling
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company safety policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project goals and timelines

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
