- Full-time Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Onsite at Willoughby, OH office
- Valid driver’s license required
- Travel to Cambridge, OH 1-2 days a year. (No overnight travel required)
- $35,000.00-$50,000.00/Yearly
Purpose: Support and coordinate sales growth activities with Telling’s sales staff by tracking and providing data, analytics, and timely quotations for existing and new commercial construction customers throughout the USA for metal framing.
Role/Responsibilities
- work with both outside and inside Sales team members for the following:
- Provide customer support through superior responsiveness, service, & quality on a consistent basis.
- Gather sales data of key performance metrics for price and volume as needed to support sales growth.
- Manage and update customer & sales records.
- Support the sales team in lead generation activities.
- Provide timely quotations to Telling’s sales team for construction projects.
- Assist Accounting with volume rebates and other reports.
- Back up the pricing administrator when this individual is on vacation.
- Back up inside sales reps when they are on vacation.
- Be the front line in managing communication flow within Telling’s Willoughby HQ
Preferred Experience
- Sales or sales support experience.
- Candidate needs to know how to work successfully with employees at a manufacturing company.
- General knowledge of commercial construction and its supply chain.
- Experience with ERP system functionality.
Required Experience
- Organizational and multitasking skills, and ability to process large amounts of data.
- Professional demeanor with good written & oral communication skills.
- Desire and hunger to learn sales and the manufacturing industry.
- Personal accountability and willingness to ask questions and seek answers.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office products.
